You can **export** the information of Items, Departments and Price Levels in an external file in **CSV format**, or export them in an external file in **EXCEL or SQL format**, if you want to change it and import it later. It is recommended to use the **Backup process** if you want to get a copy of the entire **database**, including sales and consecutive document numbers.

When you want to export data to a **CSV, EXCEL or SQL file**, you will be asked which file you want to export. Tap the **Browse** button to select the path where you want to save the exported file.

Now you must enter the name of the file where the data will be exported and click on the **Accept** button to start the data export process.
