## Setup - Utilities

You have the option to **import the information of Items, Departments and Price Levels** from an external file in **CSV format**, or import them from an external file in **EXCEL or SQL format**. This process **overwrites the current data**, but does not delete the database. Therefore, you can perform imports of a few records that will be added or updated in the database, but will not delete any information.
