You have the option to import the information of Items, Departments and Price Levels from an external file in CSV format, or import them from an external file in EXCEL or SQL format. This process overwrites the current data, but does not delete the database. Therefore, you can perform imports of a few records that will be added or updated in the database, but will not delete any information.

When you want to import a CSV, EXCEL, SQL file, tap the Browse button to search for the file.

When you select the file you want to import, simply tap on the Accept button to start the process. ‌

To see the format of the file to be imported, we recommend that you first select Data Export and use the file obtained as a sample for the Import.

If you are importing an external file in EXCEL format, you will need to confirm if you want to delete previous data.
