# Text Languages
## Setup - Basic Company Data
In this screen you manage all the languages for the names of the departments, items, receipts, etc., that will appear in the application.
Press the 
button to add a new language for the texts, or double tap on a language to edit it.
Here you can enter the data of the new Language:
* ***Code:*** By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.
* ***Name:*** Here you should enter the name of the language.
* ***Order:*** Here you must define the order in which it will appear.
* ***Status:*** Here we select whether this text is Active or Inactive.
* ***Print:*** Here we select if the receipt should be printed.
* ***Kitchen:*** Here we select if it will be applied in kitchen.
* ***Language:*** Here we select the language.
* ***Image:*** Here you can choose the image that best represents the language.
You can add an image that identifies the language using the 
button.
You can choose a picture from the preloaded **image catalog**. They are sorted by categories.
You can also **choose a color** that will fill the entire button. The name will appear centered on the button.
You can use **your own images**. Use the **Android Gallery** to search for images on your terminal or on an external device connected to it. It is recommended to choose images of a small size. If your device has a **Camera**, you can take a picture.
You can choose an image from the **web catalog**, selecting the classification that best fits. This option appears when you have authenticated in **FACTORYCLOUD** and assigned the business.�
