The first button is to change the current Consumer area. There is a fixed area NO AREA that is used for direct parked sales. By tapping this button you can switch to another area.
You can draw your own table map with the real shape of your restaurant. See Consumer Area settings for more information. This option is only available for PRO and SERVER licenses.
The fourth button allows to define the table information that you want to show. Payment amount, Diners, Service Time, User.
If you select the Display amount option, the order amount will be displayed on the table.
If you select the Display Diners option, the amount of diners on the table will be displayed.
If you select the Display Service Time option, the elapsed time since the receipt on the table was opened is displayed.
If you select the Display User option, the user who opened the receipt on the table will be displayed.
By viewing the color of the table, its state can be known:
Green color means the table is empty.
Orange color means the table contains items and it’s parked.
Red color means this table is currently open in other terminal and it can’t be accessed at the moment.
If you tap a Green table it will be opened directly.
In Orange tables, the indicator’s color (the colored point inside the table) shows how long the table has been busy.
Red color indicates that the table has been busy less than 70 minutes.
Orange color indicates that the table has been busy between 70 and 90 minutes.
Green color indicates that the table has been busy more than 90 minutes.
If you tap an Orange table a menu will pop-up:
A printer icon is displayed in the table to indicate the waiter that customers will pay soon and leave the place, so the table will be available again.
You can change the Consumer area if necessary.
Red tables are in use on another terminal. If necessary, the table can be Unlocked to be able to open it in this terminal.
You will get a warning message. If this table is open on another terminal, entered items may be lost.
During sales, orders can be saved to keep adding items or end the transaction later. This is a common function in restaurants that used to save table orders.
If the table number exists in more than one Consumer area, it will be necessary to choose the area.
If the table wasn’t open, it will be requested a confirmation to open it.
When you park a direct sale, a name or description will be requested. If this field is leaved empty, a receipt number will be assigned.
Or you can enter a name to save.
On the list of pending orders you will see the name or receipt number below the table icon.
The second button allows to define the display format for the tables on the area. By default the tables are displayed in Grid view, showing all the tables in a simple format.
By using the List view option, a list with current open tables and parked receipts will be displayed.
The third button allows to define the way that tables on the area will be displayed. By default the tables are displayed in Sorted view.
The Design view can be used to display the table map as it was designed.

Preview will display the current table’s items in an emergent screen.
Delete will cancel all the content on the table. The canceled orders will be printed in the preparation printer.
