Keypad Buttons

Sales - Keypad buttons description

When the sales are made some functions buttons appear in the numeric keypad area. The buttons appearance can be set by toggling ICONS and TEXT if you long tap any button.

Here is a brief description of the functions:

This is the screen displayed when the numeric keypad is hidden.

• DISPLAY KEYPAD: Use this button to display the numeric keypad
• PARK RECEIPT: You can park the current sale to retrieve it later. If you are using a table, the receipt will be preserved in that table. If it is a direct sale, a name will be requested to easily retrieve the sale.
• DELETE RECEIPT: Tap this button to cancel the current sale. If items have been sent to some preparation printer, an order of cancellation will also be sent to that printer.
• QUICK PAYMENT: Tap this button to complete the sale in a fast way by paying in cash.
• PAYMENT: This button opens the payment screen to select the payment method, apply discounts, split the bill…

This is the screen displayed when the numeric keypad is visible.

• HIDE KEYPAD: Tap this button to hide the numeric keypad.
• TABLE NUMBER: If digits are entered on the keypad the button above switches to the table recovering function. A table can be directly accessed by using its internal code.

This bar’s color goes from gray to red.

• DINERS: Tap this button to enter the number of diners in a table or sale. By default all sales are set to 1 diner.

• USER CHANGE: You can change the current logged user by selecting a different user.

• MINIMIZE KEYPAD: You can use this button to hide the above buttons.

During a sale, one of the sold items can be selected and some functions will be displayed:

• Tap to increase sold units of the selected item one by one.
• Tap to decrease sold units of the selected item one by one.
• DELETE LINE: Tap this button to delete the selected line.
• EDIT SUPPLEMENT: If the selected item has linked supplements, this button will be shown active. It is used to add or edit supplements to this item.
• EDIT MODIFIERS: If the selected item has linked modifiers, this button will be shown active. It is used to add or edit the modifiers to this item.
• EDIT BUNDLE: If the selected item is a pack, this button will be shown active. Used to edit the items entered into the pack.
• APPLY INVITATION: A 100% discount can be applied to the selected item.
• NAME CHANGE: Use this button to change the description of the item, for this receipt only.
• KITCHEN REMARK: A free text line can be sent to the preparation printer if you wish to send a special message for this item.
• PRICE CHANGE: You can change the sale price of the selected item.
