Setup – Advanced Setup

Groups are used to generate item sales reports filtered according to the Groups and Values you enter here.

In this screen, you will add the Groups and Values.

First tap the button and then the button corresponding to the option to add a new Group.

If you want to edit/delete the existing groups, double tap on them.

Here, you can enter the data of the new group:

• Code: Here you can define the Group code. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Name: Here you enter the name of the Group.

Now you have Groups created.

If you select one of them and tap the button you can choose between the options provided: crate a new Group or add values to the selected Group using the corresponding button.

Here you can enter the Value data:

• Code: Here you can define the code of the Value. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Name: Here you enter the name of the Value.

• Group: Here you can choose the classification group.

Here you can see an example, where we have created the Drinks Group which has the WITH ALCOHOL and WITHOUT ALCOHOL Values.
