Matrix
Setup – Advanced Setup
The item’s matrix allow you to generate variations of the entered items such as Sizes, Colors, etc.
When selling an item with matrix you will be asked which one you are selling in each case.

In this screen you will add the Matrix with its values.
First tap the button and then the
button corresponding to the option to add a new type of Matrix (Size, Color).
If you want to edit/delete the existing matrix, double tap on them.

Here you can enter the data for each matrix type:
Code: Here you can define the code for the matrix. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.
Name: Here you must enter the name of the matrix (color, size, etc.).
Code Position: All items that have matrix, add a suffix to the parent item code. If you use more than one matrix, then it is recommended that you enter the insertion number as a suffix here (for example, if you add Size and Color as matrix, one will have a 1 and the other a 2).
Barcode Position: All items that have matrix, add a suffix to the barcode of the parent item. If you use more than one matrix, then it is recommended that you enter the insertion number as a suffix here. (For example, if we add Size and Color as matrix, we will give one a 1 and the other a 2).

Now, you already have some Matrix created.

If you select one of them and tap the button you can choose between the options provided: crate a new Matrix or add values to the selected Matrix using the corresponding
button.

Here you can enter the values of the matrix:
Code: here you should enter the code of the matrix value. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.
Name: Enter here the name of the matrix value (black, white, etc.).
Item Suffix: Enter the value to be added as a suffix to the parent item code that will be used to generate the new item codes.
Barcode Suffix: Enter the value to be added as a suffix to the barcode of the parent item that will be used to generate the bar odes of the new items.
