# Purchase Orders Proposal

In this screen you can create your **drafts for future orders** to your suppliers. When an order is correct it can be transferred to a definitive order.
To create a **new Order Proposal**, tap the 
button.
In this screen you can enter the order in the same way as when making a sale. Here you will see only the items with the **Stock status active**.
To **search for items** you can use the **Search** option, from the secondary menu , located at the end of the top bar.
You can use the **Filter** button to search by description. The current stock of the selected item will be displayed.

With the 
**Sample** option you can load all **items with 0 units** and thus modify only the units with the numeric keypad.

With the 
**Generate** option you can load a list of **items sold since the last order** placed, so you can easily reset the inventory to its previous state.

With the 
**Print** option you can **print the order** proposal on the receipt printer or export to PDF or CSV.

You can **finalize the order** proposal with the  button or **cancel the order** with the  button.
The order proposal is saved and can be reopened at any time.

If an order proposal is successful, it can be transferred to a definitive order with the  button.
The status of the order proposal will be changed to **Closed** and it is not possible to edit the order again. You can **change the status** of an order and thus be able to edit it again. Select the order and press the **Open/Close** option.
You can **delete** an order with the  button.
Using the  button you can **export the current table** into the following formats:

*  (sent as an attached PDF file)
*  (printed in A4 format using the Google Cloud Print service)
