During the sales process, you will be able to assign a customer from the database, to print the customer data at the bottom of the receipt and use it as an invoice.

You can apply to each customer a special price level and also a special discount. The customer can also receive an e-mail with the receipt.

You can also use the customer accounts for those sales that are not paid at the moment and thus record debts to be collected later.

Click on the button to add a new customer, or long press on a customer to edit/delete it.

Here, you can enter the details of the new customer:

  • Code: By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

  • Status: Here we select whether this customer is Active or Inactive.

  • Taxes: Here you must indicate if this customer has taxes applied on sales.

  • Name: Here you should enter the name of the customer.

  • Customer Data: Enter the customer's data you need: address, telephone, ...

  • Discount: Select if you are going to apply a special discount to this customer and which one.

  • Special Price Level: You can assign a special price level for sales to this customer.

  • Customer Card: You can assign a magnetic card or RFID device to each customer, in order to identify him in the system quickly and unequivocally.

  • Notes: Here you can write any additional information you need.

  • Print Receipt: Activate this to always print the receipt when you sell to this customer.

  • Send email: Activate it to always send an e-mail with the receipt when you sell to this customer.

Here you can see an example of some customers created. In case there are many customers entered, you can locate them by entering part of their name and clicking on the Filter button.

If you enter some characters and press the button, you will see on the screen only the customers whose name contains those characters.
