You can add a **graphic image or logo to the printed ticket header** using the ![](/files/3T0g5bqFoh2eMtMv4zYz) button. You can select any image in a **standard graphic format** such as bmp, jpg, png, gif and the application will convert it to black and white. It is recommended to select an image in monochrome bmp format to avoid loss of quality and definition. You are given several options for image selection:

Choose an image from the **WEB catalog**, selecting the classification that best fits. This option appears when you have authenticated in **FactoryCLOUD** and assigned the store.

Choose a **color** that will fill the entire button. The name will appear centered on the button.

Use **your own images**. Use the **Android Gallery** to search for images on your terminal or on an external device connected to it. It is recommended to choose images of a small size.

If your device has a **Camera**, you can take a picture.

##

You can select the ticket printing format among the **6 different samples** available, where you can appreciate differences in **printing items in 1 line or 2 lines**, **character size**, etc. To perform this action you must slide your finger on the screen to the left, to access the second tab for managing the company data.

##

If you do not like the way the ticket header message looks, you can design it freely. Set the **Open Header Message toggle switch** to **on** (Open Header Message), you can then type as many lines as you wish.

You also have the option to enter a **Free Ticket Footer** message. You can use this space to issue **advertising or congratulation messages to your customers**. You can write as many lines as you wish.
