Pending changes in FactoryCLOUD

Changes made in FactoryCLOUD store maintenance must then be updated in the application through the synchronization process.

There are three types of synchronization:

• Silent Synchronization: you will not be notified at any time of the update performed, pending changes will be automatically updated in the application silently.

This type of synchronization will always be performed in the case of the application's Clients: when a new client is added, a silent synchronization will be performed, after which the new client will be shown in the client list, and the same will happen in the terminals of the rest of the company's stores.

• Forced Synchronization: You will be notified about the reception of new pending changes in the databases and you will have to update once you access the main screen.

Once in the main screen, you will be shown a message with a summary of the changes, giving you only the option to update.

Click Update to apply the changes sent from FactoryCLOUD.

• Normal Synchronization: You will be notified about the reception of new pending changes to the databases.

Once in the main screen, you will be shown a message with a summary of the changes.

Click Update now to apply the changes sent from FactoryCLOUD.

If you decide to apply the changes at a later time press Remind me later, in this case you will be shown again the notification of pending changes in 30 minutes.
