Course Orders are used to assign items in which order they should be prepared in the kitchen: as a starter, as a main course, dessert, etc.
Each item has a default course order, but at the time of sale you can change that order to, for example, serve a starter as a main course or vice versa.
The first step is to define whether you are going to create course orders. Press the button to activate/deactivate the course orders.
Here you can enter the data for the new course order:
Code: Here you can define the code for the course order. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.
Order: The individual course orders are displayed in this order.
Abbreviation: Here you can define an abbreviation of the course order name.
Send on demand: If you activate this option, the items assigned to this production order are not sent directly to the kitchen monitor or printer, but remain pending and you will have to send them at the desired time of sale.
You can create as many Course orders as you wish.
Once you have defined that the items have course orders, the functionality to manage them will be enabled. Return to the previous screen and press the button.
In this screen we will add the course orders. Press the button to add a new course order. If you want to edit/delete existing course orders, long press the corresponding button.
Name: Here you enter the name of the course order. If you have more languages for the texts, option will be enabled to enter the name in these languages.
Image: Here you can choose the image that best represents the course order, using the button. You can choose a color that will fill the entire button. The name will appear centered on the button.
