Groups are used to generate sales reports of items filtered according to the groups and sub-groups entered here. The first step is to define if you are going to create groups to assign to items. Click the button to enable/disable the groups.

Once you have defined that the items DO have groups, the functionality to manage them will be enabled. Return to the previous screen and press the button.

In this screen we will add the groups and their values.

Press the button to add a new group.

If you want to edit/delete the existing groups, long press on them.

Here you can enter the group data:

• Code: Here you can define the group code. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Name: Here you enter the name of the group.

Now, you already have groups created.

If you slide your finger on the screen to the left, to access the second tab for managing groups, you can add values to a group by clicking on the button.

Here you can enter the value data:

• Code: Here you can define the code of the value. By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Name: Here you enter the name of the security.

• Group: Here you can choose the group to which it belongs.

Here you can see an example, where we have created the Accessories group that has the values Babies, Kids, Men, Teen and Women.
