# Sales
This is the screen where the sales of your products are made. As there are many options we have divided it into different parts:

In the top bar you can find the following options:
*  [**Product search:**](/pos-r4-en/main-screen/sales/product-search.md) Allows you to search for an item that cannot be found in the sales screen.
*  **Customers:** Allows you to select a customer for the sale.
Select one of the customers from the list and click on the OK button. New customers can also be created from this screen. Check the [**Customer Configuration**](/pos-r4-en/main-screen/data-settings/customers.md) for more details.
If the customer has special conditions such as a **fixed discount** or a **different price level** confirmation of the price change will be required.
*  **Change Price level:** Allows you to change the price level for the current sale.
Select a price level from the list.
Price change confirmation will be required for items already entered in the transaction.
* **Ticket search:** During the sale you may be required to search for previous tickets to review or credit them. To access this option press  and then the **Ticket search** option.

* **Service:** Allows to change the service for the current sale. To access this option press  and then the **Service** option.
Select a service from the list. You can modify it later in the cashing screen.
* **Actions:** To access this option press . A screen with several options is displayed:
* **Open cash drawer**
You can open the cash drawer at any time using this option.
* **Reprint**
You can print a copy of the last receipt issued.
* **Send last receipt by email**
You can send the last receipt to an email.
* **Daily Cash Report Movements**
The Cash Movements screen can be accessed directly from the sales screen. Check [**Cash Movements**](/pos-r4-en/main-screen/daily-cash/cash-movements.md) for more details.
* **User Report**
With this option you can print the sales report X of the currently assigned user.
* **Gift Receipt**
You can issue a receipt of the last sale without prices.
* **Print Preview**
A Proforma bill can be issued with this option. The sale remains open.
