Service Types

Data Settings - Basic

In this screen you can manage the different types of services to be provided.

Click on the button to add a new service type, or long press on a service type to edit/delete it.

Here you can enter the data for the new service type:

• Code: By default, the system generates a sequential code, which can be changed as long as it is unique.

• Status: Here we select whether this service type is Active or Inactive.

• Image: Here you can choose the image that best represents the service type.

You can add an image that identifies the service type using the button. You are given several options for image selection:

Choose an image from the WEB catalog, selecting the classification that best fits. This option appears when you have authenticated in FactoryCLOUD and assigned the trade.

Choose a color that will fill the entire button. The name will appear centered on the button.

Use your own images. Use the Android Gallery to search for images on your terminal or on an external device connected to it. It is recommended to choose images of a small size.

If your device has a Camera, you can take a picture.

• Service type name: Here you should enter the name of the service type. If you have more languages for the texts, option (image) will be enabled to enter the name in these languages.

• Availability: Here you must indicate where the service will be available.

  • None.

  • Point of sales.

  • Kiosk.

  • Both POS and Kiosk.

• Service type: Here you must indicate the classification of the service.

  • Take in: To take on the facility.

  • Take out: To be taken outside the establishment (the customer takes the food home).

  • Own home delivery service: The establishment sends the food to each customer using its own transport service.

  • External home delivery service: The establishment sends the food to each customer through a company specialized in home delivery.

• Assigned price level: Here you can define a rate to be associated with this service.
