You can export the information of items, departments and price levels, in an external file in EXCEL format, or export the information of items, department and price levels in an external file in SQL format, if you want to change it and import it later. It is recommended to use the Backup process if you want to get a copy of the entire database, including sales and consecutive document numbers.

When you want to export data to a CSV, EXCEL or SQL file, you will be asked which file you want to export. Click the (image) button to select the path where you want to save the exported file.

Now you must enter the name of the file where the data will be exported and press the Accept button to start the data export process.
