When accessing this option for the first time, a FactoryCLOUD welcome and information wizard will be displayed on the screen.
A screen with different options will be displayed, which will be activated once you are authenticated in FactoryCLOUD.
Login to FactoryCOUD:
To identify yourself in FactoryCLOUD enter your email address and password and press the Identify yourself option.
If you have lost your password you can use the Recover Password option to recover it. Enter an email and the system will send you the instructions via email.
If you do not have a FactoryCLOUD user you can create an account using the Register option. Fill in the requested data and press the Create user button.
Once authenticated in the system the Assign trade option will be activated.
Select upload store:
When accessing this option a list of the companies associated with the authenticated user is displayed. You must select a company to continue to the next step.
With the option Create new company you will be able to create a new company if you wish. Fill in the requested data and press the Create Company button.
Once the company is selected, a list of the stores of that company will be displayed. You must select a store to which all the information from the X and Z Reports will be uploaded.
With the Create new store option you will be able to create a new store if you wish. Fill in the requested data and press the Create Store button.
Once a store has been selected, the Synchronize configuration data option will be activated.
Synchronize all setup data:
This option allows you to download data from FactoryCLOUD or upload local data to FactoryCLOUD.
If you have not created Departments, Items, Prices, etc., in FactoryCLOUD, you will be shown a warning that there is no data available to download.
