Price levels

In order to sell items, you first need to create Price Levels. You need to have at least one Price List for Sales and one for Purchases (or Cost Price). You can create as many Price Levels as you wish (except in the ONE versions, which are limited to one Purchase Price Level and three Sales Price levels). You can also assign a different Tax to that Price level than the general application configuration.
For example, you can have different Price levels depending on the Consumption Zone of a restaurant, or VIP Prices for special customers, or special Prices for take away or home delivery where taxes may be different.
The application, by default, has a Purchase price level and a Sale price level already created.
You can change the following data in each Price level:
Name: The name of the Price level.
Type: Indicates whether this Price List is used for Purchases or Sales.
Taxes Included: You can select whether the prices set in this Price Level already include Taxes or if the Taxes will be added to the price set in the Price level when totaling the sale.
Tax: Taxes are normally configured to each Item individually. If a Tax is added in this section, it will replace the one configured for each Item individually when selecting this Price List.
Confirm the creation of the new Price level with the Accept button.
Once the application has started, if you want to create or edit more price levels, go to the Side Menu, Data Setting, Sales tab, select Price Levels and make the desired changes.
You can create more Price levels by clicking on the button.
