## Open receipts and Tables Operations

During sales, orders can be saved to keep adding items or end the transaction later. This is a common function in restaurants that used to **save table orders**.

![](/files/BwloEJ3FhKvkc0OtEmwV)

If you want to work with tables you **must open a table before starting the sale**. A table can be accessed by entering its number on the numeric keypad followed by the **TABLE NUMBER** button.

![](/files/Xu3My4wTIu0c4ZL6zFlS)

If the **table number exists** in more than one **Consumer** **area**, it will be necessary to choose the area.

![](/files/Y5CcKcB5V9gJj1NmgIAb)

If the table wasn’t open, a confirmation will be requested to open it.

Another way to save orders is to **park** **a direct sale** without using tables. In order to do it you must enter the items and then use the **PARK RECEIPT** button.

![](/files/ysRUlHq5HX6TQUyh4BZr)

When you park a direct sale, a **name or description will be requested**. If this field is left empty, a receipt number will be assigned, or you can enter a name to save.

![](/files/vYVKrizj3MPG7p1vdCk5)

In the list of pending orders you will see the **name or receipt number below** the table icon.
