Sales - Keypad Buttons

When sales are made, some function buttons appear in the numeric keypad area. You can change the appearance of the buttons between ICONS and TEXT by long pressing any button.

Here is a brief description of the functions:

This is the screen you see when the numeric keypad is hidden.

• MAXIMIZE KEYPAD: Tap this button to display the numeric keypad.
• PARK RECEIPT: You can park the current sale to retrieve it later. If you are using a table, the receipt will be preserved in that table. If it is a direct sale, a name will be requested to easily retrieve the sale.
• DELETE RECEIPT: Tap this button to cancel the current sale. If items have been sent to some preparation printer, an order of cancellation will also be sent to that printer.
• QUICK PAYMENT: Tap this button to complete the sale in a fast way by paying in cash.
• PAYMENT: This button opens the payment screen to select the payment method, apply discounts, split the bill…

This is the screen you see when the numeric keypad is visible.

• MINIMIZE KEYPAD: Tap this button to hide the numeric keypad.
• TABLE NUMBER: If digits are entered on the keypad, the button above switches to the tables recovering function. A table can be directly accessed by using its internal code.

This is the screen you see when you click on the ticket information bar. This bar changes from gray to red.

• # DINERS: This button can be used to enter the number of diners for a table or sale. By default all sales are set to 1 diner.

• USER CHANGE: You can change the current assigned user by selecting a different user.

During the sale you can select one of the sold items and some functions will appear:

• Used to increase the sold units of the selected item one at a time.
• Used to decrease the sold units of the selected item one by one.
• DELETE LINE: You can delete the selected line with this button.
• EDIT SUPPLEMENTS: If the selected item has supplements linked to it, this button will be active. It is used to add or edit the supplements of this item.
• EDIT MODIFIERS: If the selected item has linked modifiers this button is active. Use it to add or edit the modifiers of this item.
• EDIT BUNDLE: If the selected item is an item bundle you will see this button active. It can be used to edit the items entered into the bundle.
• APPLY INVITATION: You can apply a 100% discount on the selected item.
• NAME CHANGE: Used to change the item description for this ticket only.
• KITCHEN REMARK: You can send a free text line to the preparation printer if you want to send a special message for this item.
• PRICE CHANGE: You can change the selling price of the selected item.
