The sales screen is divided into three separate areas:
Departments: By default the Favorites department is selected. To access another department you must select it.
Items: Shows the items of the selected department.
Receipt data: Shows the receipt data of the current sale. To access the receipt data, you must swipe the screen to the right.
This is the department area. Here you can see the list of all the created departments that have the Visible status activated.
The first department shown is for Favorite items. This department can contain the most used items in order to make faster sales without changing the current department.
This is the items area. Here you see the buttons of the items linked to the selected department that have the Visible status activated.
In the Additional Parameters section you can change the number of rows and columns of items to be displayed, so the size of the buttons can vary.
Long presses on an item will reveal some actions:
You can add this item to the Favorites department.
If this item is already in the Favorites department, you can remove it from there.
Displays the information associated with the item: photo presentation of the dish, allergens it contains, written instructions on what ingredients make up the dish and how it should be prepared, associated supplements. This information allows you to answer any questions that customers may have about any dish on the menu.
You can change the preset price of this item for the current sale and add it to the receipt.
You can change the preset price of this item in the database for the current rate and add it to the receipt. This option can be used as a quick method of changing prices.
Current Stock/Minimum Stock
In the receipt area you can see this header containing information of the current receipt:
The current user picture
The name of the area
The table number or name (if it is not a direct sale)
The name of the customer (if any)
The current price level
The type of service (if you have selected one)
The current receipt number
The date and time the receipt was created
The total amount to be paid including taxes
In the receipt footer you have information associated with the amount of the sale:
Gross total: Total amount of the sale.
Base total: Total amount of the sale without taxes.
Total fee: Amount of taxes charged on the sale.
Total discount: Amount of the discount applied on the sale.
If you have more departments than those shown on the screen, use the and buttons to scroll between the department pages.
If you have more items than those shown on the screen, use the and buttons to scroll between the item pages.

If this item has the Stock status enabled here you can see the current stock values. You can also see the special signals and on the item buttons that indicate that the stock status is under minimum or out of stock respectively.
If the user has permission he can create new items for this department directly from the sales screen using the button.
